hi i am sandeep from india. since last 1 month i face some problem. 1) red tiny spot on skin mainly leg,hand 2) almost 1 week swelling on leg. cbc count. 1st report on 3march = platelate count 5.8lac 2nd at 12 march = 5.4 3rd at 26 marh=5.4 4th at 1 april =4.8 E.S.R = 60

Do you have fever or any pain associated with it? Check differential count, eosinophils, (blood test report) as it might be allergy also. Therefore, these tests are important too. Then I can prescribe anti allergic medicines. Simple lesion for microscopic view can tell exact cause too. Learn breathing exercises as stress can also promote these lesions.
