Hi, It seems less likely due to typhoid fever itself however sometimes quinoline antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin given to treat which can cause tendinitis in children and may cause such painful walking on muscle movement. However, it can be due to any other entity or local inflammation like cellulitis and pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen may be used.
