Hi! Good morning. i am Dr Shareef answering your query.
I am afraid the opinion on the lump can not be given without a physical examination and further investigations. Therefore, I would suggest you to visit a general surgeon at the earliest in your area, who after a general physical examination with special attention to the lump might go for some investigations, like routine blood tests (CBC, ESR, Blood sugar), an X ray chest if need be, an ultrasound abdomen, and an FNAC of the lump if considered necessary. Further management would depend on the results of examination and investigations.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
