What Causes Swollen Lymph Node After Physical Exertion?

I was working on my sons truck on friday and strained and lifted so much i was really sore and hurting, i went to the doctor i thought i had a hernia, the did and ultra-sound, results today said it was a large swollen lymph node, could i have gotten that from the heavy straining, it has actually went way down in the last 2 days.

You have history of muscle strain during strenuous work out. USG records shows enlarged node that cannot be from strain. If you are having pain complaint then non steroid anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed. If your enlarged lymph node persist then I suggest you to investigate with FNAC.
