Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to know from which part of the world do you belong as certain infectious diseases are more common in certain parts of the world. Moreover the symptoms which you son is having are typical for tuberculosis i would recommend you to get his chest x-ray done along with early morning sputum examination for AFB and get his lymph node biopsy done to rule out the cause of these typical symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
