What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Neck After Donating Plasma?
I recently started donating plasma and my lymph nodes In my neck have become slightly swollen along with affecting my hearing. I need to know if it s safe to donate plasma again or if I should completely refrain from donating for now. I m donating to help others and to also help with my current money situation as I am in between jobs
The swollen lymph nodes are commonly related to an infection. So,I suggest to do a blood test and ERS level for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest not to donate plasma for a while.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
