General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. The swollen glands are reactive lymph nodes due to the infection. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day. The lymph nodes usually go away on its own in a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
