What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On Right Side And Nasal Blockage?

Right side jaw has swollen limp node, nasal passages are closed due to much swelling in both passages, cheek bone high right side is tender to touch. Can t blow my nose but feel it needs it. Taking antibiotics now only two days though. My husband and I completely quit smoking for a full week. What is happening to me?

As per your complain it seems like a Sinus infection also known as Sinusitis and the symptoms of swollen lymph nodes are due to Reactioanary Lymphadinitis secondary to infection..
The pain and tenderness in cheekbone can be due to sinus infection on the affected side..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he/ she can advise you to get a PNS VIEW x-ray or a MRI scan to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms and treat you accordingly..
In case of infection the physician can advise you to take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, saline irrigations, steroid nasal sprays, decongestants and steam inhalations..
In case if the condition does not resolve or if there is polyp or cyst formation in sinus surgery is advisable..
