What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On Right Side Of Neck And Clogged Ears?

for the past several months I have had swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck. I has a US and was told to follow up in several months. I have been having right sided ear cloged issues. It feels like when you are on an airplane. should I be concerned

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swollen lymph nodes on the side of neck can be due to Oropharyngeal infections while other cause of it can be Lymphoma that is Tumour of lymph nodes..
As you have clogged ear it can be due to Ear infection while can also be due to blocked Eustachian tube..
In case if there is ear infection the lymphadenopathy can be due to it..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do an Otoscopic examination of ear and also do Biopsy or FNAC of the lymph nodes to re out the exact cause of the swelling and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of infection antibiotics can relieve..
In case of Lymphoma radio therapy and chemotherapy can be advised..
For ear infection antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and Oral as well as Nasal decongestant and steam inhalation can be advised..
