What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Along With Excessive Sweating And Weight Loss?

Hello, I have several regions, areas, of swollen lymph nodes, supraclavicular, inguinal and the throat which includes cervical nodes. Have sweats and some weight loss, have major fatigue along with stomach issues. Concerned about lymphoma but cannot seem to get my GP to be concerned. The nodes have all been swollen for at least one year. Have taken many rounds of antibiotics, last one being Amoxicillin but the nodes do not go away. I am 64, soon to be 65. Your thoughts!
