What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I am having difficulty swallowing,glands feel swollen. lymph node periodically swells, periodic swelling under mandible, to lower jawline with ear ache. All on the right side for more then 6 months. May have sjogren s syndrome and or lupus. What do you think?

The difficulty in swallowing can be because of many reasons like tonsillar abscess, any space infection in the neck region or because of anemia also. The swollen lymphnode can be because of any infection in the head and neck region. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed we can treat accordingly.
