What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes And Skin Rash?

my son who is 30 but was born with some medical issues , he is partially blind, he lives with us, ok last year he was treated with strep several times, then the 3rd time to his pcp, he said he has mono, he is still has sore and swollen glands, and a red rash over his hair?

Hello,

The swollen glands are probably related to mononucleosis. I suggest using an over-the-counter pain reliever. Use pain relievers such as acetaminophen Gargle with salt water, drink liquids, eat healthily and rest.
