dYour question: this morning i have something lik a tuberculosis of lymph nodes symptons in 6 i go to slip in 6 in the morning because i work all the night but when i wake up i fond i sowling in my nek in just 6 hours but in the last week i have cough

Well come to HCM
Of course this could be Lymph node swelling bur this may not be Tuberculosis because this could be too early to say anything about this, it may be due to some bacterial infection some time just could be due to allergic cough wait for some time watch for further symptoms like low grade fever, loss appetite, and weight, but this could take many days, and when other medicines fails to response then and then etiology Tuberculosis can be accounted, hope this information helps, take care.
