What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

I have what appears to be 2 swollen lymph nodes on the side of my neck, near where I have a hickey healing up. One is kinda shaped like and oval, the other is 2 circles side by side. Could that be the cause of it? I have hickies on both sides of my neck but the swelling is only on one side. Should I be worried?

As you mentioned you have problem of swollen lymphnode at one side that may be because of tooth infections or salivary gland infection or ent related cause or other reasons.

Clinical examination of lymphnode and palpation of it give exact idea about problems...

Size, shape, Color over skin and tenderness helpful for diagnosis...

Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems..
