What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Throat And A Lump Close To The Navel?

I have multiple swollen lymph nodes in my throat/ neck for four months now. And now I ve been having pain around my belly button and I Have a lump in my stomach right next to my belly button, I ve also been getting night sweats. What could this possibly be?

Hi, it can be due to tuberculosis. Get yourself evaluated for that. Do a ultrasound for abdomen. Hope I have answered your question.
