What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Arms?

I had a enlarged lymph node for two years under my arm recently the other under arm swelled and is now very big I have a lot of back pain and had an iliac artery cut during surgery last April yesterday I noticed a big dent in my upper left buttock what is wrong with my body also I have osteoarthritis I am 33

get it examined by surgeon. try to detect the source of infection. with this age you should not have osteoarthritis. take second opinion. it can be rheumatoid arthritis, which is auto immune disorder.
