What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?
yes according to your description it looks like you had chronic infections of gums and teeth which could have made the glands swollen considering lack of other symptoms like fever night sweats weight loss or any other clinical signs it could be benign inflammatory nodes but always ruling out other potential suspected causes is always good so just wait for the results to be sure nothing serious is out there. good luck. follow good oral hygiene and for breathing get help for removal of adenoids
