What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes, congestion With Blood In Saliva?

I have been having blood periodically come up in my saliva when I spit. I have been looking down my throat with a flash light and I can see a lot of red lines that look like veins but there are a few where I question if it is blood because I think I can see it move somewhat on the tip of my epiglottis. I also see some white areas but I can't tell if it is saliva or something else. I have swollen lymph nodes and congestion. I am worried about it being cancer and was wondering if I could get some advice

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if you are going to see your throat with your own then this could create something else in your mind so better stop looking at your throat, if you see the blood in your saliva then this could be dental condition and this need to be rule out first in my opinion you need to see the dentist first, take care and have nice day. (Forget about the cancer )
