What Causes Swollen Lympth Nodes And Tinnitus?

For aproximately 3weeks I have had swollen lympth nodes under the left side of my jaw. Very little tenderness., but the 1st time i place food in that side of my mouth i feel a twinge of pain. After that I can eat with no pain. I am very tired all the time. I have been loseing weight because my appitite is really low. The weight loss has been slow until the last few months. I have gone from 350lbs+ lbs and now around 260lbs over the last 3 years but have lost the last 30 lbs in the last 3 months. I do get twinges of tenderness but not bad. Ringing in my ears.
