What Causes Swollen Mass While Suffering With Acute Pancreatitis?
I have recently recovered from acute pancreatitis, discharged from hospital 5 weeks ago. i can still feel a swollen mass which is concerning me, is this normal and if so how long does it take for things to settle down? could i now have chronic pancreatitis, i am only 22 and it was caused through ERCP
going through your history , i advice you to have a CT scan abdomen.
sometimes, pancreatic pseudocyst - a complication of pancreatitis is observed few weeks after an attack of acute pancreatitis. however, most pseudocyst are of NO harm and regress itself.
