What Causes Swollen Neck Along With Numbness In Chest After Having ACDF Surgery?
I had acdf surgery today and my neck is really swollen and I am having difficulty swallowing. My chest is starting to feel numb and my arm is getting tight. I am thinking about going back to the hospital but I don t want to over-react. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the post surgical events then it may not be normal one and it need to be taken care and of course you have to have a words with surgeon and it is not the question of over reacting if this is the genuine one, but some time it could be due to some hallucination too and that need to be ruled out first, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
