Hello,

As post spinal fusion surgery there might be small inflammation in the muscles of the incision which may be leading to disturbances in the normal physiological of the muscle.

Due to inflammation, there might be a feeling of soreness. Due to soreness, there might be a mild disruption in the vascular supply. Due to pain, it is common to feel breathlessness.

I Will advice you to do simple exercises for the upper limbs and neck. This will help the muscles to regain its muscle property and will even help to reduce pain, inflammation and dizziness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
