What Causes Swollen Neck Glands And Rashes On Hands After Omeprazole Intake?

Man aged 40.normal weight. Height 6 ft. 13 days ago had operation for removal of large polyp in voice box. Not cancerous. Cannot talk for about another week. Started taking omaprazole one week before op. Today felt glands in neck swollen, and experienced rash on back of both hands at the same time, like slightly reddened skin. Is it the omaprazole?
