What Causes Swollen Nodes Under Armpits And Groin After Having Oral Sex?

Hi, I have a question, I had oral sex with two men overs the past months. The last one was 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks go I had a balanitis but with antifungal cream it went away. But now my right groin node is swollen and hurt a little. I also notice nodes under my armpits that seems maybe swollen, I m not sure, because it is not like the one on the groin, doesn t hurt and smaller to the touch. I remember 5 weeks ago it was a little bit burning when I was peeing, but nothing extreme. I m waiting to get tested later this week, but I m really worried, what could it be?

I can understand your problem

swollen lymph nodes happen when there is infection in blood
as you are having oral sex ,infection spread to the blood through oral mucosa to blood

it cause inflammation of that draining area like armpit and groin region

so I would like to suggest take the vdrl test and cbp ,esr , cue
if vdrl is positive go for STD test as per your family doctor.

plz start antibiotics like cefixime 200mg along with metrogyl 400mg , and antiinfammatory drugs like aceclofenac with paracetamol . for 1week .

it will subside but have follow up your physician ok ..
