What Causes Swollen Penis After Masturbation?
Whenever I masturbate ..after some days a swelling is there above the penis (where hair are there)..or maybe a boil is there..and after the boil is cured..it leaves black skin like acne ..how can i remove the darkening of skin and to make it like before.

It could be due to local inflammatory reaction.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
