What Causes Swollen Rashes On The Upper Arms And Shoulders?

Both my husband and I have had a spotty rash with undetermined cause. It does not itch and is not swollen. The majority (although not all of it) seems to located on our upper arms and shoulders. We have some spots on lower arms and very little on our legs. What could be the cause?

this can be inflammatory or allergic contact dermatitis. maintain hygine and sanitation.consult dermatologist for examination and advise on treatment.
