What Causes Swollen Stomach And Constipation Along With Difficulty In Urinating?

I am on pain medication and am often constipated but the last few days my stomache is swollen and has me in constant pain,also i am not able to urinate without manually manipulating my bladder to do so. I would like to know if those are sings of somthing more than just constipation?

This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

See, pain medications are often associated with nausea, stomach pain, indigestion etc.
Take tab pantoprazole domperidone combination for 10days.
We generally advise such medication with painkillers.
Also take plenty of water for the urinary problem and get a Urine R/E M/E done.
