What Causes Swollen Vagina Despite Using Warticon For Genital Warts?
Hey, I ve been using Warticon for 3-4 days on my vagina as I had genital warts and now I m bleeding, swelling, redness, and puss coming out. And I went to an emergency doctor and she said this is fine and she just prescribed me with antibiotics. I don t know what to do I m in so much pain!!!! Please help me
I think it is all reaction to Warticon use topically. Perhaps something went wrong when applying it (not taking good care of local hygiene, or when applying the medication locally). Sometimes, the laceration of vaginal mucosa might get co-infected with bacteria ending up with mucus as in your case.
So, continue taking medications as prescribed. Keep following up with gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
