Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Swollen Vas Deferens And Testicle Post Vasectomy?
I had a vasectomy 2 weeks ago. The vas deferens and testicle on the opposite side of the incision are swollen and the vas deferens is swollen. My specialist says it is just a build up of sperm. But, i am unsure why only one side is swollen if that is the case? I am 38, and otherwise in good health.
Hi I had gone through your question and understand your concern. See , lump/ swelling that you are feeling in your scrotum is due to the vasectomy that you underwent. This lump/swelling could be suture granulomas that fibrosed during your normal healing process. You can just observe the swelling ; Andro treatment is necessary for them. I hope this information was of help. Let me know if you have any other queries. Wish you good health.
