What Causes Swollen Veins In The Right Testicle?

I am 18 years old, 6 3 185, I have (I forgot the name for it) swollen viens in my right testicle and sometimes when I attempt to poop within a few hours of emasculation (sex mainly) I have pretty intense pain running from my testicles to my anus to the point where I can t poop BC I don t want to experience the pain. I am wondering of this is normal given my swollen veins (BTW I have no STDs) and if not what it could be.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
It is good to know that your do not have STD, hence the major cause of the pains as you have explained are ruled out.
Noted your history of swollen veins and pain in the scrotum going into anus area particularly after ejaculation on sex.
The probable causes are:
Varicocele of the right side of the scrotum.
Prostatitis as the pains after ejaculation is suggestive of this.

I would advise you the following :
Ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and the abdomen, particularly of the genito-urinary system.
Per-rectal examination by a General Surgeon is very important diagnostic procedure and should be done.

The treatment will depend upon the findings on clinical evaluation and examination
