Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tantrums are very normal in children of this age, in response to a frustration or because of something else that is bothering them.
Fatigue, overwhelming emotions and rejections are commonly causes of tantrums at this age.

However, if you notice that her reactions are becoming worse, and dangerous you should consult the doctor for taking advices on how to manage each situation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
