What Causes Temper Tantrums In Adults?

h my husband is 54 and for the last 4 years he has had strange behavior. all his blood work comes back normal. but he has these tantrums like a 10 year old. for instance my daughter called my phone at 530pm and he answered but when she got here and asked him something that they had talked about on the phone, he had forgot he had talked to her, and it was only an hour later, he kept saying what time did you call my phone, dad i called moms phone, well i didn t talk to you.
