Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Are you male or female? Since, when you're suffering from temple pain?Possible causes are:
1. Migraine headache
2. Temporal arthritis
3. Cardiac pain
4. Cervical spondylosis
5. Subarachnoid hemorrhage

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet Naprosyn twice a day for five days.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
