What Causes Tender And Painful Mole On Lower Stomach?

I have a hanging mole on my lower stomach and got feed up of it catching any clothes etc before i started mole was black with clear clour parts so i started to put white whine vinagar on cotton wall and plaster ober it past day two its been very tender and painful and yellow has started appaering on the cotton wall what foes this mean have i done something wrong or is it infected ? Now the mole is like clear white type colour

as such it should not be feed led. chances of turning malignant is possible. so refrain from any attempt to feedle it. can accept it in view of risk involved. compromise with cosmetic value may be risky.
