What Causes Tender And Sore Feet In A Pre-diabetic While Standing?

Recently when I stand on my feet they are tender and sore. Its not the skin but deeper. Its not a pins and needles feeling but a bruised feeling in the heals and the front part near the toes. I am 59, not overweight, body mass of 24, but I am prediabetic is it related to that or something else? I also ache sometimes in my whole body. Thank you

Hi

First and fore most it will be nice to know the duration of your pre diabetic condition
If the duration is long standing around 10 years and if the sugar levels are around the borderline of diabetes levels then it is better to evaluate the same

HBA1c levels need to be checked and if it is below 6.5 then nothing to worry

Vitamin E tablets can be considered once daily till you get the relief

Exercise releases natural painkillers called endorphins.Exercise also promotes blood flow to the nerves in the legs and feet. Researchers believe that regular exercise may create a long-lasting expansion in blood vessels in the feet, nourishing damaged nerves back to health. Start with a daily walk, gradually increasing pace and distance

So Exercise regularly and mediation atleast 45 minutes daily
