What Causes Tender Bump On Head?
I have a small bump on my head that is very tender to the touch. If I don t touch it, it doesn t hurt. If I touch it...it feels like a bruise. I just noticed it this afternoon. I should add that i have other little bumps on my scalp. My dermatologist did a biopsy on one and it was benign. The others don t bother me. Should I be worried?

It may be due to furuncle.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
You may require antibiotics after consultation.
In case of discharge, you may require complete hemogram, discharge culture after physician consultation.
Do regular cleaning and dressing.
Maintain proper hygiene
