Hi I have tender gums, a cough and extremely sore throat which is making it too sore to eat and even swallow my own seliver. My gums are also too sore to have food and drink. I've also had cold like symptom. Do you know what this could be? I have also had acid reflux

hello thanks for the queiry, u might be having a bout of viral fever and tonsillitis,, do salt water gargle thrice daily, also can use antiseptic mouth washes,,u may need antibiotics and analgesics,, massage ur gums with topical anesthetics,,and antiseptic ointment like hexigel, either ways plz consult a dentist and ent specialist ,, hope it helps,,tc
