What Causes Tender Lump Above Clitoris?

I have a very tender lump (under the skin) right above my clitoris. My gyno had never seen this before and didn t know what it was. I ve done 2 sitz baths and nothing changed.. if anything it s gotten larger over 3 days. Too painful for sex, it basically hurts all the time. What is this??

it might be boil,staphylococcal infected hair follicle.by taking antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs pain will decrease and the size decreases.
