What Causes Tender Lump Right Above Nipple?
my 16 year old daughter has a significant lump right above her nipple, warm, tender to touch and the skin over the lump is very dry and pealing off. This was noticed last week. prior to this, she had what appeared to look like small pimples around the area

Looking to the history it seems that she might be having some local skin problem like dermatitis or some allergy to wearing bra producing this lesion.
Apply triple action cream on local part.
Avoid wearing synthetic bra, wear cotton bra.
Apply vaseline and keep local part moist.
Ok and take care.
