What Causes Tender Movable Lymph Nodes On Left Rib Cage Area?

I have a chain of lymph nodes on my left rib cage that are tender to touch but movable. they are not that big in size but the stop before reaching my armpit. There has been pain there for over a week before the nodes became enlarged. Should I be concerned?

PAINFUL SWELLING NEEDS ANTIINFLAMMATORY MEDICINE LIKE DICLOPHENAS WITH SERRATIOPEPTIDASE TWICE A DAY FOR 5-7 DAYS..IF SWELLING SUBSIDES NOTHING TO WORRY.IF CONTINUE T0 INCREASE OR PAIN/FEVER OCCURS WILL NEED REPORTS LIKE HAEMOGRAM.X RAY CHEST/LOCAL PART SONOGRAPHY TO KNOW CAUSE OF DISEASE.
