Hi I have very tender and sore nipples for 2 weeks now. The past week I get this sharp pain in my left lover abdomen. My period have been uncontrolled for years now. Im only 25 now. Doctors says i have PCOS. But I never felt such pain in my nipples or abdomen. Please what do you think it can be
I am assuming that you are no pregnant and not breastfeeding. Then cause can be most commonly outfit- wear proper size bra and its should not be too tight and wear sports bra at time of exercise. Or cause can be any cracks which will heal spontaneously Or infection if there is any pus discharge or redness, see doctor Or if there is any change in color of skin or nipple or any indentation see a doctor Have hot fermentation.
