What Causes Tenderness And Bruise On Arm After Stretching?

I reached up and closed a window this am. I felt like something stretched in my right arm. It felt funny and itchy. Now I have tenderness on the inside of my arm just above elbow bend and I have a bruise that runs up my arm toward my shoulder. Top of hand feels sore.

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition is very likely and this is would be fine even without the medicine and if this does not then it can be managed with "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg " three times in day, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
