What Causes Tenderness And Inflammation In The Penis After Intercourse?

Hello i am.a 31 year old male and have been with my girlfriend for 3 year.i used a male enhancement i bought from the gas station i normally use rhino but i used something called jaguar? I also used ky JELLY for the first time .we just finished having sex and i felt a little discomfort right before orgasming it was after we were done i realized i was super tender sore(stinging) coming from all the inflamed areas. Rash like.symptoms like red specks on head of penis.but no burning when urinating no discharge.is this an allergic reaction. I am not circumcised and my girlfriend could possibly have a yeast or bacterial infection since she has a slight fishy smell only during sex...but she always tends to get these alot could it b me.giving it to her?plz help ..now around my pee hole tony spots r swelling..

I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you could be having allergic reaction to the compounds what you have used during intercourse.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Cleanse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocoritsone cream over the lesions after drying.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine once a day.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments preferably made of cotton.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.
