What Causes Tenderness Around The Nipples Along With Fatigue And Stomachache?

Hello, I was wondering if there were any other conditions with the same symptoms as pregnancy. I seem to have a good amount of pregnancy symptoms such as late period, tenderness around the nipple area, fatigue, hungrier lately, stomach pains, feeling heavier/bloated, lower back pain and strangely my sides of my abdomen hurts as well. They are tender to the touch. I took a pregnancy test which came back negative. I should also mention I have Crohn s Disease but normally my symptoms for a flare up does not consist of these many symptoms. Can someone advise?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The changes that are related to pregnancy are due to hormonal changes that occur during that time.

Any condition that causes abnormal levels of these hormones can cause similar symptoms.
You may need to consider seeing your doctor to have an assessment of hormones such as FSH, LH, prolactin, thyroid hormone, HCG

I hope this helps
