What Causes Tenderness In The Left Testicle Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?
i have tenderness in my left testicle, and i have a small lumpy abnormality just behind the testicle as well. My sympotoms: Dizzyness, fatigue, chills, and disorientation for a week now. also my facehas broken out with pimples that are hard and semed to have gotten infected somehow after i shaved and tweezed a few ingrown hairs under my beard area. I dont undwerstand, whats happening to me?
hi thanks for writing to HCM The features described are pointing towards a infection in the testis commonly called orchitis.Pain full as well,but can subside with a continuous dose of broad-spectrum antibiotics may be Ciprofloxacin with an antnflammatory analgesic like lyser d or zerodolsp. pimples mark the hormonal flush n our body as well. please do consult a surgeon for any prolonged symptoms,. hope this helps most welcome for further queries
