What Causes Tenderness In The Testicle?

There is a tenderness in my right testicle when it is touched, I have not taken a blow and have injured the area in anyway. It s just there when it is touched, I can play sports, run around, do all the regular things without any discomfort, but when I touch it or my leg touches it, it s like it s tender. I have looked up many different things and went to many different sites and I can t seem to find a clear answer, and I don t know if I should be worried or not. So, I was wondering if you had an answer or guess to what it may be?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Exact diagnosis need examination and tests.

Following are the causes of your problem
Infection-Orchitis if associated with fever
Varicocele, hydrocele
Funicullitis, Cyst of epididymis, Cancer of testis
STDs: syphilis and gonorrhoea


You should consult the urologist and do following test:
1. Blood: CBC, ESR
2. STD screening
3. Colour dopper or USG of scrotum
4. Biopsy should be take from testis if needed
5. Urine routine and microscopic examination
That help in diagnosis
and then take treatment

In the mean while take
Cefexine and Diclofenac twice daily
