What Causes Tenderness On Left Abdominal Area?

Yesterday I leaned into the kitchen counter and my abdomen felt some tenderness on my left side. This morning I pressed on my left abdomen area and now it seems more tender. No constant severe pain. No problem with constipation. Only hurts when I press on my abdomen to the left of the naval.

Noted here dull left sided abdominal pain present....
The possibilities could be.........
-Colitis
-Ovarian cyst
-Musculoskeletal pain
-Constipation

Ultrasonography done for detection of colitis or ovarian cyst....
You have no constipation as you have mentioned in history...

If pain is more severe and constricting then it could be stone related pain...
The treatment done according to cause...
But for simple colitis induce pain you can take ornidazole for 5 days.
With fruits more...
Avoid excess spicy food for few days as it will increase irritation...

Peaches like fruits rich in fiber, iron , pottasium and vitamin c ...so help in proper digestion and soothing effect....
