What Causes Tenderness On The Scalp And Joint Ache After Taking Amoxicillin?

I finished a 10 day course of Amoxicillin last night. 4 days ago, I started to have symptoms of tender skin, tender scalp, achy joints, and extreme tiredness, lethargy. My skin hurts to the touch. I have never had these symptoms before (unless I had the real flu). My appitite is fine. Can Amoxicillin cause these symptoms of skin that hurts and joints that ache, and tiredness? Thanks. Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Amoxicillin Is not known to cause such a problem as you have explained that is sensitive skin, joint pains and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Immediately consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations to get an appropriate cause and proceed with proper management.
Stop Amoxicillin till you meet a Doctor.
