What Causes Terrible Buzzing In My Right Ear While Taking Benicar?

Started on 40mg Benicar 4 days ago. I have terrible buzzing in my right ear! Take one a day plus one triamterene 37.25 and one 40mg propranolol for familial tremors. Was working fine but this morning woke up early with apprehensive feeling and blood pressure was 178/111 and it wasn t 24 hours yet that I was on those meds!!! Now blood pressure is 121/78 all day after taking the meds. Had very bad reaction to calcium blocker Norvasc....what to do when I get up again tomorrow morning and it is high like that?

I really appreciate your concern, the buzzing that you are experiencing this may not be due the medicine that you are taking, this is unilateral, if I would be your doctor then first thing I would do is examination of ear to rule out the impaction of wax, this is the most likely, if wax is not there then you have to wait for couple of week this will come around and if it does not then you need to switch over to another drugs have a words with your physician, have good time.
