What Causes Terrible Pain On Both Sides Of Lower Back, Frequent Urination?

My urine output has become more frequent but less in volume. I read that the Augmentin I m taking works for UTIs as well as sinusitis, so I m trying to figure out the back pain aspect. It is fairly severe.
